And for all you moms out there - here's a quick and easy snack or dessert - no stove or oven required!
Chocolate Peanut Butter No Bakes
1/2 cup rolls oats
1/4 cup flour (white or whole wheat)
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 tbsp chocolate syrup
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
In a food processor or blender, grind the oats until they have a flour-like texture. Then add the flour, the peanut butter and the syrups. Blend until a big ball forms. Stick the ball in the fridge for 10 minutes, then make smaller balls - I got 8 balls. You can also roll them in powdered sugar to look a little fancier.
